RESTORATION & REHABILITATION
SEA BEACH & NEW UTRECHT LINES
BROOKLYN, NYC
PACA has been retained by NYCT to rehabiliate and restore the existing station houses at Avenue U and New Utrecht as part of larger project to restore the nine-station BMT Sea Beach Line. Work is currently being undertaken to restore exterior facades and all interior finishes. In 2005, both Avenue U and New Utrecht (a partial segment) were listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Work is ongoing and is expected to be completed late 2017.

RESTORATION & REHABILITATION
BOROUGH HALL STATION
BROOKLYN, NYC
PACA has been retained by NYCT-MTA to rehabilitate and restore interior and exterior architectural finishes, as well as coordinating waterproofing and steel repair work.
Work is ongoing and is expected to be completed late 2017.
REDESIGN & RENOVATION
ENHANCED STATION INITIATIVE PROGRAM
BOROUGH-WIDE, NYC
As part of NYCT-MTA's $27 billion, 5-year Capital Program, the Enhanced Station Initiative Program, PACA has been retained to work on 6 historically-designated subway stations to enhance customer experience. Part of the initiative includes improved lighting, new art installations and improved wayfinding signage.
Work is ongoing and completion of PACA's work is targeted for 2018.
