This Upper West Side apartment in a Historic District was approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission for a modest masonry and glass bulkhead with a steel and glass canopy. Other work includes an interior wood and steel stair, and partially redesigned floor plan including a new vestibule and modified bathrooms. Electrical and mechanical systems will be updated throughout.
